I don't think may more pictures will come tonight. They all went out for some "beverages"
I would've been with them, but I have to drive home tomorrow. I'm sure they are having a blast though. I'll try and get my pictures up when I get home tomorrow. (forgot my memory stick reader )

Count the wives/SO's and there were at least 20 of us there. I got there last and had the dirtiest X by far. Had a blast though, great to meet everyone, it'll make reading everyone's post so much clearer now that we've all met. At one point we had 6 X5's rolling through downtown Charlotte all in a row when we went out to dinner.

I disagree JV, my X was the dirtiest. I had 14 hours of bug guts and 14 hours of dust on the back window.

I was so looking forward attending the meet at Juan's but didn't make it back to the US in time (got stuck at a customer site in Europe) , argghhhhh.
Sounds all had a great time and the weather turned out to be nice.
I even had finished a new mod just before heading off to my trip to Europe which I wanted to present at the meet ... Well guess the forum will "have" to do ....

If folks are organizing another meet at some point I'll try even harder to attend ....

Juan has done an outstanding job in getting the meet off the ground and it is great to see that he likes his little gift !!!

Take care and sorry,

Jan

Jan,

I'm sure your ears were burning, as several of us were talking about you on Saturday afternoon. We were so hoping that you would show up so that we could see your heavily modded X5 and, even more important, meet you in person.

Hopefully we'll be able to hook up at the next one. Sorry to hear that you got hung up in Europe

Jeff

Jeff had mentioned that the ONLY disappointment he had (well, what he's willing to admit to me ) was that you could not make it. We really WERE looking forward to meeting you and seeing your beautiful ride! I, too, was disappointed to learn that you could not make it.

This just gives us an excuse to plan another one!

Juan
