1st Class
 I am looking forward to the next meet (possibly in Juans Brick House Basement)  because Im sure there is going to be a much larger attendance (more great people to meet). I want to thank the following members for contributing to the Juan and Liz fund.ncx tijanaw pepatrick ekaz md LCC drex UCrewX5 alpac janix TQ2K SuaveX5 and JV for setting it up. I would also like to thank the CEO's including my own (Janet) for putting up with all of our time we spend on X5world. As the great Ol'Uncle Motor once told me " its a tough job but somebody's gotta do it" One last note: I believe that this meet is the start of big things to come. No, it is I who must thank YOU for all that you did. You brought some wonderful goodies for everyone, and I (at the risk of sounding like a broken record) cannot thank you, JV and everyone else involved in my unexpected mod.

A simple task....take the boat and dock it at Juan's friends place and Liz would pic us up in the new M wheel equipped X5 (Juan's ride). A two minute journey from the beach house to the dock...right...wrong! We cruised the lake a bit and checked out high $$$ landscaping and staircases from the houses down to the lake.
Life is good right about now, md and I living the life of the rich and famous....Juan gets a phone call about ten minutes into the cruise..."hi honey" he answers..."Uh..Uh..Uh" at this time md says "tell them the pirates got us"  then I see Juan reach for his pocket and I tell md, I bet he has the keys...both of us are Juan then says "we are pulling up to the dock right now, ok bye" with the dock nowhere in sight  We finally get docked a few minutes later laughing are azzez off the whole time. We end up having to get picked up by Liz and Veronica in md's ride. Good times with great friends is what it was all about Rob_

Yeah... that was funny:
Out in the middle of the lake, showing Rob and David some of the sights. Had not ventured off too far, but was certainly half mile past the dock, when the CEO calls me on the cell phone: - "You have the car keys with you, don't you?" <feeling for keys in pocket> - "uhhh.... yes, honey, sorry." <David and Rob laughing their asses off in the backgroud. Juan trying not to laugh.> - "OK, I'll get someone else to drive me there to pick you up. Are you almost there?" - "uhhh... yes, baby, the dock is in our sights" (if we were using binaculars). <quickly turn the wheel of the boat and pushed the throttle foward> - "We'll be here... see you in a couple."
