I can't believe you noticed the shoes from that pic! You must have as unhealthy obsession with shoes as I do!

In any case, no, they are not Diesel. They are Geox. I bought them in Italy about 18 months ago. Love those shoes, but I made the mistake of buying them in suede, which makes it impossible to keep clean. Great shoes, though.

The only place I've seen them here in the States is Nordstrom. Their US web site also has a list of retailers. Good luck.
