I'm arriving at Reagan Int'l (DCA) at 4:25 p.m. on the 12th on Continental airlines. Anyone else flying in around that time? We could split a cab
 For those staying at the RC on the 12th, what time do you anticipate checking in? JV, what time is dinner? 10 days and counting...  In addition JV, we don't want you to have to eat any rooms. Who said they were staying at the RC and didn't book it yet?

That's right, JV. Do NOT pay for those rooms. If 10 people do not reserve, then simply call the RC and tell them to forget about the group rate. We will just pay the normal rate -- which was only $30 dollars more, anyway... No biggie.
Give them a call, and ask them to charge us the normal rate, JV. You should not have to eat that cost... Juan Quote:

I agree - call them and cancel the group rate. No way should you have to make that up. SG - I'll be there by 3 or so. I'll leave after morning rush and get in before afternoon rush. I'm looking forward to a nice drive.

Anyone who plans on coming by can show up at my place anytime after 6pm on Friday night. I'm serving mezze/tapas type food, it won't be a sit-down dinner. Very casual.
