M3 pricing?

Any guesses on what the M3 sticker pricing will be? (just curious)

Guesses? $59,000 kick off :)

Remember to slap on the $1,000 gas guzzler charge in the States.

Sorry but 414hp/295tq (this torque number is WEAK for a V8). Audi (using a 4.2L) made 420hp/317tq, MB C63 AMG 451hp/443tq

Just my little pet peeve with BMW.

I'm guessing close to $70K with the right options.

Some online guesses

1 Attachment(s)
$57,5 base - hovering around $70 near loaded is probably close

Oh yea, I'm sure there will be a $tealership markup initially for the usual 'gotta have it now' crowd.

The M engines are higher revving. It's a track oriented car, and I'm sure it's geared appropriately to the powerband. It's all about power/tq under the curve, and in this case the curve is huge.

Remember the torque to the wheels can be the same between a big engine and a small one. It's all about the gear and final drive ratios.

True but the Audi revs to 8,300rpms and the MB shoot past 7G's.
