If I may ask, what do you mean by wealth distribution?
Do you mean equalizing wealth, like literally ensuring that everyone has the same amount of net-worth?

This is not complex, taking your money and distributing as the government seems fit dependent upon how much you make aka hit a specific threshold of income.

No. Wealth re-distribution is not the answer. But I do believe that prosperity comes from the bottom-up...not top down. Trickle down economics, supply-side economics or Reaganomics, however your define it, does not work.

But if you take the term literally, wealth re-distribution is happening right now. The govt took 700 billion of our "wealth" to help prop up Wall Street while AIG and others take lavish executive business trips and hunting parties on our dime. Will we see that money again? It remains to bee seen.

Is this type of wealth re-distribution easier for the masses to stomach? Seems so.

Based on your definition, you mean taxation..Correct me if I am wrong with your view of wealth distribution.
