I would not classify one's inheritance as a typical capital gain. If it is higher taxes you desire, have no fear they are most likely coming our way:thumbup: Communist!!!! haha jk I know where you are coming from seeing as they will not be needing all those billions. With that said IMO it is unfair to change the rules for others just because of their family's success. They are already paying taxes just like everyone else.
