Cargo dimension to lay flat

I am trying to put a LCD laying flat in a 2006 X5 -- the box is 59.1"(W) x 44.3"(H) x 21.2"(D). Anybody know cargo area with rear seats down? I can move the front seats up but I'm concerned about...
