MKIII is not showing up on screen

Hello all,
I have MKIII in my E46 but it doesn't show up on screen menu. Though LED lights up, CD inserted properly LED flashes normally and it goes to sleep as normal unit would. I tried updating...

Well information about symbian software phone...

Well information about symbian software phone does not seem to be right as I am successfully using E90 phone with all possible features including phone book, missed calls, top 8 and recent calls....
