2010 x35d issue with passenger door closing

I have over 8K+ miles on it, this happened to me for the second time in less than a week. Could not get my passenger door to close...some reason the it would not latch...has anyone else run into...

BMW response to the diesel tax credit for 10 X5

I have a question about the Diesel Tax Credit. Currently it is listed as $900 on this website. Did this get reduced from $1800 for 2010 X5.
