Reporting back. Water pump changed. had to get couple of o-rings for the hoses.
so far no leaks and no drop in coolant level after 4 days of driving.

Looks like this ball joint was causing the rear tire to go away from the car and steer a bit towards the left.

I ordered a new set of ball joints for both sides and getting it fixed this week....

You'll need to unscrew the dome from the bracket...

You'll need to unscrew the dome from the bracket holding it down and unscrew the little screws along it's sides. That should uncover the compressor when you flip the dome. Look for an orange relay...
