No, the chips were just missed during the CPO inspection.

I ended up returning the X5 for a full refund.

It is there... The dealer showed me how to do that before I left the lot but I couldn't tell you how to find it again... navigating that software is not intuitive.

I'm going to take my time finding my next one...probably won't get this one. I'm too freaked out about buying used now. I kind of want to wait until the 2012 orders start and then get a 2011.

Replacing cylinder head

My X5 has been in the shop and the service manager just called to tell me he heard a ticking noise. They will replace the cylinder head (under warranty)... I'm glad they found it and are replacing...
