Sorry not to concur with most people on this post, but I dont like the paddles at all! I feel they're a bit too prominent. I feel the stock paddles are ideal and of perfect size.

Yes, make sure to get the newer 'dice' system. Almost no bugs that I have come across. Dont get any other cause u wont get your title tags on your MID or NAV. Yes, it works with 16:9 screens.

Heard great reviews of people who have gotten them repaired at www.vdorepair.com (http://www.vdorepair.com). Apparently it lasts much longer, and is actually brighter. Just my 2 cents.
