Garage have run diagnostics again and as the actuator wouldn't calibrate the conclusion is either the actuator motor or the clutches inside the transfer box.. not the wheel sensors.

No.. the juddering stopped when the DSC/ABS...
No.. the juddering stopped when the DSC/ABS lights appeared.
Now every time I start the car the DSC light appears and then the ABS so no juddering since.
Do you have a thought/solution?

Burnt it at x48 speed with imgburn and still worked as...

Since my original post, this has happen about 6...
Since my original post, this has happen about 6 times with twice happening when I'm driving and not from starting. A restart seems to cure it though. Still no reason why or any dash warning lights....

BMW X5 E53 04 - Speakers POP... when starting
I have done nothing/changed nothing to cause this and thought it may go away but still 2 weeks later when i jump in and turn key... POP! No problems on journey and all speakers are functioning...
