I did some more reading and I am thinking...

I did some more reading and I am thinking probably the LCM. I have the sunroof drain issue and it may have gotten wet. I hope it dries out now that the drain is fixed.

2004 3.0L with automatic trans....Occasionally when I start up the turn signals, hazard flashers and a few of the instrument panel lights do not work. After I drive for a few minutes the OBC dings...
