Brakes Lights Flash On & OFF

My 2005 X5d has just started flashing the rear brake lights On & Off whenever I switch the ignition off. I've not noticed this before. Is this normal or is there a problem?

You don't need to convert the nrg file to iso as ImgBurn (v2.4.0.0) will accept the nrg file and will burn it to a cd.

What is the recommended way of adjusting the washer jets? I've tried using a pin but they do not seem to want to move. I have an 05 X5.
