I put mine on the passenger's side directly...
I put mine on the passenger's side directly behind the RV mirror next to the blacked out section. Don't really notice it when I'm in the car.
Also...the rear view mirror, as i recall, is too big...

As I don't have my X3 yet I can't check but is...
As I don't have my X3 yet I can't check but is there a keyhole for the hatch? If so in the unlikely event your key discharges you could use the spare on it.
Don't worry about any batteries dying....

Diamon Fusion Window Treatment
Anybody have any opinions on Diamon Fusion window treatment? Marketing always sounds terrific and the dealer while not quite pushing it has suggested its a good idea.
