The actual aux input cable connects on the back...

The actual aux input cable connects on the back of the business CD into one of the connectors. Search for Au Input and it you'll find a number of great posts on it along with pictures.

I actually just completed the exact upgrade you are talking about. Front BSW set and the BSW sub. It was a hugge improvement over the stock speakers. The rear speakers are primarily fill anyways...
