Wiring question..trying to connect backup camera

The picture below is from my 2005 E53. Can anyone identify the circled connector. This is near rear right side Fuse area in the trunk.

I am trying to to see if this can be used to connect backup...

I don't recall replacing o2 sensors on my 05 X5. It is at 150k miles now and well maintained as well. Should I be replacing o2 sensors now?

It was just the cable clamp holding the cable and this was preventing the fan from coming loose.
