handbrake lever snapped off ?

anyone know the procedure on how to fix this the handbrake lever has snapped off it still works but you have to hold it in position with your thumb and move up with your finger when switching it off...

water coming in soaking rear passenger footwells

it looks like it's coming in through the top of the door seal where it goes across the bottom (as in pic) water seems to be pooling there after heavy rain any ideas ?

is there any way to get the radio to stay on longer? without the car running it stays on for ten minutes then goes of also you have to leave the key in the dash

we have power sockets one in the front one in rear and one in the boot but they dont work unless you have the key in the dash
