I just upgraded my X5 e70 3.5d to an AVINUSA 10.25” Android 8.1 with an aftermarket reverse camera and it works a treat. It is not that difficult to DIY.

Prism X5 is a 3.0d (diesel engine). The "tarry" engine oil is normal for a diesel engine. The oil will go "tarry" very quickly after an fresh oil change.
