Disconnected my battery since I don't use my bimmer that much and when I connected the battery and was not able to play any cd's or turn on the radio. My NAV worked though. Is there a code or some...

Disconnected my battery and put back three days later. Now I can't hear the radio or play cd's. Anyone know how to fix this? btw, i have an E46 (m3) 2004

when you install the night mode, will it change to day mode in the day? or do you have to install day mode and night based on what one wants to do and when to drive?
