All most can tell you is to replace the condenser...

All most can tell you is to replace the condenser fan (in front of bumper) after having the coolant checked. I have searched for a way to test the fan before just replacing it but none seem to exist....

The symptom is better described as the A/C only cools when I am moving. Originally I thought that it was only the passenger side but after checking the refrigerant level and having it topped up both...
