UPDATE: The X5 has been fine for several weeks. Last night it sat outside (it only got down to about 25 degrees) and it did it again. After about 1/4 mile it was fine again.
Thoughts?

Sorry i should have specified... this is the third winter the x5 has been through with the new transmission oil. I put in Mobil 1 fully synthetic ATF fluid. There has never been an issue before...
