anyone had "state inspection" done?
my x5 is due for this. pretty sure they check tires and my tires are at wear bars and need to be replaced but, will the dealer hold your car hostage unless you buy tires from them and install it on...

is a 14 inch jack tall enough to the x5?
hello x5 experts. on this 2 ton jack it says max height is 14 in. just wondering if it's enough for this car. it would suck to find out while jacking up the car lol.

is DIY wheel change difficult?
hi there so i bought used non sport 18" style 210s with brand new scorpion ice+snow tires for $1850. i have a pair of 2 ton hydraulic jacks so i figure i can DIY the wheel change come winter cuz it...

grr this is confusing, i searched "bmw e70...
grr this is confusing, i searched "bmw e70 winter" on ebay and a few results came up and in the ads they all say these rims work on e70 AS WELL AS e53.
if e53 rims dont fit on e70, how can e70...

hi there, i plan on getting a z4 as a summer car but i'm worried that it will scrape on these speed bumps. i've always driven the x5 so i never had to worry about speed bumps/pot holes and etc
