i dont know it yet... i need to order the same cable for myself.. I'll post it once I figure it out. I ordered the .5mm one and its way too narrow. Though, if the contacts weren't spaced so closely...

that cable isnt right... that one has a .5mm spacing between pins.. needs to be 1mm. digikey has that one too.. all other specs on it are the same as the original.

it turns off the screen but the nav computer...

it turns off the screen but the nav computer should stay on for 60 sec afterwards..
no li-ion battery that i know, dont see it anywhere on the board

the unit turns off when the car turns off (no 60 sec to sleep) and doesnt...

MK4 capacitor value, need a favor!

Working on fixing my MK4... found a bad cap but it has no markings with its value.. anyone have an MK4 apart with a cap meter???

MK4 slow to boot, loses settings

MK4 Nav, doesn't boot up when the car is unlocked, only when the key is turned.. Settings dont stay either when the car turns off..

Guessing its corrupt memory.. tried loading v21.1 firmware and...
