I didn't get one when I picked up my X3 on Euro Delivery and didn't even know I should have one until someone posted the SIB. Went to the Dealer, SA got one from Parts and I was a happy camper.

I run my Original Pirelli Scorpions (M+S) year round including winters in Colorado luding a couple of dumps of 14"+ of new snow last year and never had a problem. :)
