Problem with transmission going into drive

Can anyone tell me why I have a problem going from reverse into drive when I first start the vehicle ?

Also, I have a squeel in my brakes at slow speed application. Why? NB

Can anyone tell me why I have a delay going from reverse into drive ? It only happens after the first start. The outside temp is not a factor.

Also, I have squeeling in my brakes at slow speed...

Problem with transmission going into drive

I notice that my transmission is very slow to shift from reverse into drive the first use of the day. It doesn't occure from then on. Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it ??
