I had the car Infront of my garage at night that's how I noticed that it only flicks one time then go off to my regular lights, when I attempt to try to turn them on...

i need help guys my highbeams wont turn on when my lights are on and i press the stalk forward to lock high beams on they flash for a slight second and turn right off and my high beam light stays on...
