I don't think anyone here suggested that the lights seemed brighter. In fact, I suggested the opposite:

I think it's awesome that you had time from your video at 4:30 PM (EDT) today to drive 45 mins or so in rush hour traffic to Bloomfield Hills BMW before they closed (at 6:00PM).
