After many miles of trouble free motoring (yes, trouble free :thumbup:), it's time to bid The Beast and the forum, adieu. I've traded the X for a 2010 e90 330d, and will be collecting the new wheels...

They come in litre / gallon cans as well, and you can pretty much mix any colour you like. You can even get pearls, flips, gloss and metallics

Good job on the wheels :thumbup: I prepped the X today - I'm doing the car in Charcoal grey. I haven't decided if I'll leave it matt, or a satin finish :D Pics to follow when I'm done tomorrow.

I just did mine last weekend - easiest fix ever....

I just did mine last weekend - easiest fix ever. The torx screws are pretty easy to get to. I removed them, pushed the rear glass down and gave the tracks a good clean before spraying some silicone...

Happened to me and I opened up the motor to flip the gear. The previous owner beat me to it and the gear had already been flipped :D I ran the car in 2 wheel mode while waiting for my gear from here...
