I’m having a look on eBay for compressors, it looks like it changes from 2000-2003 then 2004 to 2007. I’m assuming they are different? And I guess the 4L one doesn’t fit either?

Ac not working. Sparky says the scanner said a fault with AUC sensor but when he put 12v direct to compressor, compressor didn’t engage. He bypassed the sensor so would it suggest bad compressor?...

AC intermittently working

Car is a 2004, 3.0
It has an issue with the AC, it doesn’t come on for about 15 mins, once on it’s super cold. I checked the fans at the front and they are both working. Any ideas?

Im only using the new key.. I did try the old key once and that worked too but that could of been luck as it was working intermittently.

Yeah, I think if I only had the ticking it would be lifters but because I have the rough idle and camshaft sensor codes I think it's something worse than lifters...

Ok, I've swapped the camshaft position sensors over and the code stays on bank 1 so may sensors are fine but I guess my timing is ou?! Thoughts on next steps?
