I pulled the heater control valve yesterday...

I pulled the heater control valve yesterday opened it up and it seems to be in good shape. It did not look to be shorted out, was clean and valves function well. The rubber gasket under the valves...

Thanks for the input...I will take a look at the heater control valve. Any thoughts on the thermostat? During the winter it is very slow to warm up. Could thermostat effect the HVAC system?
