I did not take a pic of the new brose branded part but here is the Uro brand after a year.
That seems very poorly made and not at all worth the money saved when factoring in the having to change it...

Yes, mine have the BMW logo stamped into them also but I had never heard of brose.
I know the popular brands of Bosch, Bremi, Hella, Behr, Febi Bilstein, etc.

No I bought some new keys shortly after buying the X5. And yes the light sensor on the windshield has separated some so my rain sensor doesn't work either. That started about a year ago.
