Need bluetooth module
I have a 2003 X5 3.0 that does not have te bluetooth module.
Does anyone have a module for sale?
I need one.
I see few for sale on Ebay but it is quite expensive.

My question was how do I adjust the tilt. the way it tilts now I see nothing. It needs to be adjusted so I should be able at least to see the curb or something.

My 2002 Production date is 06/2002 I ordered a fuel filter from Amazon, it said it would fit my truck I got the bottom one with the pressure regulator on it.

Check the fuel filter. Make sure it is not clogged.
Check the battery if it has enough juice to get the car started. Also make sure you bleed the fuel system.

I have seen this happening quite often on cold climates.
It is very possible there was moisture in the system causing your door mechanism to freeze shut.
