As expected. About 35% under private party value. However, considering the $2-3k in work it needs (items I listed), I was happy to get it off my hands. I doubt I'll ever own another BMW.

Thanks for the thoughts. The high mpg and "rare" factor is what had me interested... Especially the wagon (very hard to find with the right options/trim). I've decided to move away from BMW, though....

It’s only audible if the windows are down and you’re driving next to a wall of some kind for the sound to bounce off of.

Thanks for the update. I’ve done the job you just did, but on an E46. Looking under the E70... it looks like a much worse job! And doesn’t help that everything is heavier.
