There might very well be some oil additive, sealer/silicon exposed to the crankcase that has poisoned your O2 sensors again. Or knock off sensors.

Oxygen sensors are not that often the problem, even as they get older they get slower which "on average" doesn't change the overall mixture that much. If they get poisoned or damaged for some reason...

I think I went with the Nissens which usually is a good product. There is another thread about this and I think the Nissens is a bit noisier than the OE at times but has been working perfectly.

There is likely a teflon seal for the rack piston which is not easy to install properly outside of a factory setting, whoever rebuilt the rack probably didn't get that right so something to watch...

Did you check/clean the DME connections, powers and grounds. contact cleaner can poison/ruin the O2 sensors if they are vented through the connectors which I think they are in this case.
