I know this questions spans 2 sections of the forum, but what about a 2007 or 2008? Again in terms of reliability and cost of repair? i normally would stay away from a first year model like 2007.

Oh and my brother bought a 4 runner with low mileage a couple of years ago and has done nothing but dump money into it. He actually drove it without ac for a year.
