No sound out of passenger speakers

Mine jammed open (one side only) about a month...
Mine jammed open (one side only) about a month ago. My local mechanic was able to get it back down but it is permanently closed now. Oh well. He said replacing the cassette was thousands of dollars!!

Power steering sluggish at low speed
My new to me X5 is rather difficult to steer at very low speeds (parking, for instance). I am not sure if this is normal for an X5 or not. Steering at speed is totally fine and there are no abnormal...

Strange fan noise when vehicle is off...
