Maybe you need part number 64546921382 which is the fan for the 3.0 diesel which fits over our intercooler. Or you can just trim the bottom...

You will need to twist/jiggle the tensioner...

You will need to twist/jiggle the tensioner assembly to seat the bar in the slot. Undo the 2 bolts holding it, probably don't need to fully remove them, just loosen. That should give you enough play...
