I do not consider ignition coils as regular maintenance items. I have 3 other vehicles with higher mileage and the coil (packs) have never been replaced except a single pack after a valve cover job...

Blew a coil yesterday
Cylinder #4 blew it's coil. Fortunately I could drive home (100 miles) without issues on 5 cylinders.
Pulled the coil and it was full up some white dust, no oil, moisture or water in the tube....
