I too had the 02 sensors codes and my mechanic...
I too had the 02 sensors codes and my mechanic said to replace both sensors, he said it would help my gas millige and it did. I was getting 15.4 miles per gallon and now i am getting 16.2 per gallon....

I read on the X5 Nav info page that V27 is the highest version for MKIII
