It is irresponsible to allow a post that says "I let it run with the red oil pressure light on" without pointing out that it is INCREDIBLY risky.

A professional mechanic.... RED oil pressure...and you still let it run for 'a couple of minutes'??!?!?



Perhaps the oil was super thick due to temps, and a weak hose gave out?

Hope it is...
