Looks fantastic!
Did you apply any rubber dressing to the tires though?
Rubber dressing helps keep the ozone from attacking the rubber. Plus it makes cleaning them a bit eaiser.

I use Meguiars tire scrub brush and a rubber cleaner. Just basicly spray the cleaner on the tire and scrub. Rinse...

That sucks! But I have seen worse.
Can you feel it with the tip of your fingernail? If you can't then it can be removed completely. If you can feel it it can be made "less visible".
I would wash...
