I am beyond annoyed with the Air Conditioner. So, per the dealerships diagnosis, we had a local Foreign Repair shop replace the IHKA and Fan Motor. BTW, the fan motor did not seem or sound broken...

Did you ever find out what the issue was? Mine is doing the same thing..and it's tough to get it to the dealer when it's actually doing it.
