Do i need to gap the spark plugs?

I'm planning on replacing my spark plugs on my 04 x5 3.0 with NGK laser platinum BKR6EQUP. do i need to gap them or are they already pre-gapped?

Yeah there is a grinding vibration when I turn into driveways. I noticed the grease splatter a couple months ago but didn't get around to get under the car to see until now.

I recently changed the oil on my 04 x5 3.0 and noticed that the outer cv boots are torn. But how can I tell if i need to replace the cv oints or axle? And where should I buy OEM parts from?
