Well, I've only got about 50 miles on it, but so far, I much prefer it.

The 2010 ///M - on well used tires - did not and could not (IMO) ride very comfortably over rough/pot-holed like terrain.

My new Titanium 50i arrived. Love it.

My former daily was a 2010 X5///M.

Loved it for awhile, then tired of the rough handling. Power was great, but lost on me as I really only drive the X in the rain, snow and/or with the family...

The ghost locking happened to me at the dealer. Service advisor puts fob on the dash, shuts the door and the truck locked itself. They said it happens from time to time. Fail.

The question really shouldn't be about tire diameter, it's tire width. The thinner the tire, the better in the snow - all other things being equal.

That said, I've run 20" Pirelli Scorpion...
