Tinting

I have a bad tinting problem on my X5, It is great factory tinting. But at the dealer I think they left a very abrasive sticker with somesort of number on it and left it in the sun. Then peeled it...

I have a bad problem with concentrated swirl marks throughout my X5, by this I mean like not swirl marks all over just in spots like left quarter panel, etc. It looks really bad in the sunlight. ...
