Question Free programmers, similar to FlashIt?

Hi, are there any free tools similar to FlashIt that will accomplish programming the 29F400 chip without having to remove it?

Also is there a suitable hardware (USB/serial) device for doing that?...

If it has round pins on the main connector, then it is a 'BM54 Back' - designed to match functionality of the old radios like BM24 that originally shipped with older cars. That feature is disabled. ...
