Hitch questions

I have installed the Draw Tite that you are thinking about. Every brand of a good quality hitch will require you to remove the rear bumper. The biggest problem for me was the wiring for the trailer....

Hard wire

There is a switched wire that is used for the PASSENGER AIR BAG OFF indicator light. I have used it for my Passport wiring.

Whats the deal on the back ordered trailer wiring module? Is it really nessessary? I bought a trailer wiring isolater for my ML500 benz and had no problems, can I do the same here on this '07 BMW X3?...
